上網見到依間新開嘅餐廳竟然有超抵價嘅威靈頓牛柳,當然黎試一試,仲順便試埋其他嘅野食。今次就叫左兩個set。蟹柳忌廉湯蟹柳份量幾多,忌廉湯都夠厚身,唔會太稀。鮮龍蝦汁軟殼蟹帽子粉軟殼蟹超大隻,炸到好香脆,炸粉又唔會太厚。帽子粉軟硬適中,帽子粉嘅形狀更容易掛上龍蝦汁。本身龍蝦汁都好足夠,望落去橙橙的,食落好似平時龍蝦湯嘅味道,都幾濃龍蝦味,另外仲有啲菇作配料。威靈頓牛柳主角係晚市$98嘅威靈頓牛柳。熱辣辣嘅鐵板上枱,勁有feel,份量一啲都唔細。叫左medium,切開見到粉嫩嘅顏色,熟度控制得唔錯。入口牛柳夠哂軟嫩,一啲都唔韌,而且充滿牛味。酥皮香脆而且帶鹹香,增添左食落嘅層次感。依個價錢食到威靈頓牛柳可以話相當滿意。脆香雞鎚雞鎚新鮮炸起,香脆有肉汁。焦糖燉蛋焦糖燒到金黃色,用匙羹敲落去超級脆,食落香甜邪惡。燉蛋好滑,充滿蛋香。

蟹柳份量幾多,忌廉湯都夠厚身,唔會太稀。


鮮龍蝦汁軟殼蟹帽子粉
軟殼蟹超大隻,炸到好香脆,炸粉又唔會太厚。帽子粉軟硬適中,帽子粉嘅形狀更容易掛上龍蝦汁。本身龍蝦汁都好足夠,望落去橙橙的,食落好似平時龍蝦湯嘅味道,都幾濃龍蝦味,另外仲有啲菇作配料。

雞鎚新鮮炸起,香脆有肉汁。


焦糖燉蛋
焦糖燒到金黃色,用匙羹敲落去超級脆,食落香甜邪惡。燉蛋好滑,充滿蛋香。
