To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果你鐘意食蠔，The Place的宵夜Buffet真的非常抵。佢仲成日有promotion,2個人用open rice book會有85折優惠。宵夜buffet同dinner buffet相比，海鮮種類較少。只有刺身bar同生蠔，不過主攻吃蠔佢不難回本，大概吃一打蠔已值回票價了。這裡的蠔中細size,海水味不太咸，算新鮮好吃。待應還不斷在手refill蠔，所以不用排好久。沙津Bar就算多選擇，有不同的新鮮沙津菜同芝士，火腿，備有多款醬汁供選擇，好開胃。不過這裡的熟食和甜品選擇就較dinner buffet 少。不過勝在價錢合理，值得一試。
