To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西營盤附近向來多餐廳小店、有天走過張三、看名字還以為是中菜館、走進去原來是間西餐廳。午飯時候吸引不少附近的中學生光顧、這裡提供的學生餐才不過四十幾元、好便宜。午市套廳選擇挺多、有沙律、炒意粉、炒飯、扒飯等。餐廳介乎$60-80左右、已包餐湯和飲品免加一、價錢合理！點了Carbonara、上面鋪滿煙肉、菇、好足料。煙肉片煎過後帶鹹香、跟creamy 的意粉好夾、醬汁亦十分足夠。跟餐還奉上什菜湯、酸酸甜甜幾開胃。
