今晚BOOK左食OYSTER COVE,餐廳格局好似法國既小店,好有氣氛架。新鮮既海鮮係呢個玻璃雪櫃,仲見到D龍蝦係度郁黎郁去海鮮拼盤1)自選海鮮拼盤,無理由唔揀蠔,今日推介咗四款,分別有Honey Point,Pousse en Claire,Majestic,Gillardeau。由右至左,已經幫我排好次序,有淡味食到濃味。最特別係Pousse en Claire,肉質鮮脆同埋有回甘味。2) 西班牙紅蝦蝦肉鮮甜,但係最好味就係蝦頭,一啖啜落去全部都係蝦膏3) 象拔蚌,帶子本身已經期望呢兩種海鮮都應該好有獨特嘅鮮味,穩陣之選4) 海膽即開海膽,鮮甜就一定架啦,獨有嘅creamy質感,識食就係成個咁食。白酒煮青口用咗BB青口,俾平時嘅青口仲嫩啲,一啖一隻。個汁好清甜,當湯飲都得焗黑毛豬扒豬扒上面係松露醬,上檯已經陣陣松露香味,豬排充滿油香,下面嘅沙律菜先係精華,索晒豬油同埋松露醬松露蟹肉意大利飯錫紙裝著上檯,打開好驚喜,有松露香之餘,竟然有咁多蟹膏! 食落啖啖蟹肉,原來已經同啲飯混為一體。咪睇佢咁的骰,食落係好夠飽架......
