✔️五花腩,味道都唔錯,而且佢豬肉唔會太肥,肥肉同埋瘦肉嘅份量,我覺得都係做得非常好啱啱好,再加埋少少七味粉嘅調味,燒得好香,有三大件份量嚟講都算多!✔️菠蘿,我最鍾意食菠蘿,所以同朋友都叫做一串試吓佢嘅菠蘿上係加咗焦糖,成個口感更加味道特別,我覺得配搭都做得幾好,好juicy! 串燒一定要叫菠蘿!✔️脆玉瓜,唔會燒得好燶,厚切兩大件,都幾鍾意食!✔️蟹膏玉子,即叫即做,玉子燒嘅味道非常好食,餐廳係用咗日本嘅雞蛋,所以雞蛋嘅味道更加濃郁,再加蟹膏係中間,所以整體成個味道都幾好,係火候控制上,廚師唔錯,同日本居酒屋嘅做法非常相似!✔️牛舌心,牛舌心亦都唔會好硬,有啲出邊嘅牛脷會做得比較硬身,食得出佢真係牛舌本身來貨質素非常好,朋友同我都非常鍾意,最後我哋都忍唔住encore多一串,呢個真係非常非常之推介!✔️提燈,呢個部位喺香港好少有餐廳可以有得食,難得見到梗係去試吓,餐廳做到日本嗰種非常好食嘅味道,我覺得佢因為本身真係非常新鮮,店員都非常推介我哋叫!覺得佢嘅質素真係唔錯,一咬落去爆汁,正!✔️冷烏冬,非常爽口彈牙,煙煙韌韌嘅口感非常好食,再加埋香蔥芥辣同埋紫菜絲,鍾意食烏冬嘅,我哋都覺得唔錯!✔️紫蘇

✔️紫蘇蟹籽墨魚滑,佢係用豆卜釀左墨魚滑同埋孩子,成個口感都做得唔錯,我哋鍾意墨魚滑非常彈牙,再加埋豆卜嘅配搭到真係唔差!
😙另外加$100就可以任飲啤酒或者清酒,呢個價錢嚟講真係冇得輸,啱晒鍾意飲酒嘅朋友!佢嘅清酒質素亦都非常高,我覺得同串燒嘅配搭嘅都唔錯!
