今日同同事喺莊士敦道做完嘢 行行下見到 呢間食星馬菜嘅餐廳馬六 午餐時段好多人喺入面 食物應該有番咁上下質素 唔執輸嘅我哋梗係即刻坐低啦沙巴燒雞配蝶豆花椰漿飯 十分驚訝隻雞髀點解可以咁大隻 而且燒到皮脆肉嫩又多汁 仲要巨型雞髀裏裏外外都熟透好高嘅技術 碗飯用上蝶豆花汁去煮 係好靚嘅紫藍色 食落充滿椰漿香氣 加上花生碎同魚乾仔 有正宗“辣死你阿媽”嘅感覺脆蘇東 唔知係咩嚟所以任性嘅我哋就叫 嚟食下啦 上菜見到三條尖尖地好似春捲嘅物體 咬樂脆卜卜 果然真係酥炸春捲皮 入面包上肉碎同埋蝦仁 感覺幾清新 有耳目一新嘅感覺

沙巴燒雞配蝶豆花椰漿飯 十分驚訝隻雞髀點解可以咁大隻 而且燒到皮脆肉嫩又多汁 仲要巨型雞髀裏裏外外都熟透好高嘅技術 碗飯用上蝶豆花汁去煮 係好靚嘅紫藍色 食落充滿椰漿香氣 加上花生碎同魚乾仔 有正宗“辣死你阿媽”嘅感覺
