銅鑼灣原來有咁平嘅廚師發板,二三百蚊就食到幾高質素嘅壽司,好平都幾抵食。壽司拼盤啲料一啲都唔馬虎,有拖羅、海膽、吞拿魚茸等等,尤其是佢嘅海膽食落去都幾鮮甜,份量亦都好多。佢嘅飯粒都幾結實,份量唔係好大,但係咁樣先食得到刺身嘅味道!而我朋友就嗌左個刺身丼飯,如果驚唔夠飽嘅話呢個一定夠飽!牡丹蝦好大隻,佢個頭有好多蝦膏,三文魚子粒粒都好飽滿好大粒,而且都唔係好腥。服務環境都幾好,上菜速度幾快,價錢都合理!
