To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

情人節真係好難book位周圍都好full, 今次特登早成個月就book定先睇完啲comment 質素都幾令人期待因為情人節，周圍都放左啲🎈幾有節目氣氛每個台上都放有小禮物，係彩色既玫瑰花好窩心氹到女朋友們心心眼時段係1830-2130，夠哂時間食一開始starter就主攻seafood bar,生蠔好新鮮，有美國同新西蘭兩款個都refill得好快，基本上無乜時間無空既個人比較喜歡新西蘭蠔，小隻少少，無美國蠔咁肥美但都好鮮甜仲有啲蟹腳、麵包、蜆蟹etc凍盤都好新鮮，唔會好重雪味鮑魚就每人會派卷有一隻都煮得幾林、入味！Waiter都會自動拎一碟帶子兩食比每位客人芝士波菜帶子個cream酸甜開胃炸個個帶子就好鬆脆、有少少芋頭蓉一齊炸Sushi bar當然唔少得三文魚、帶子、吞拿魚、希靈魚、北寄貝刺身新鮮！無冰無雪味之餘又夠凍7:30之後就會供應煎鵝肝多士煎得好香口、充滿油香08:30開始充供應斑蘭梳乎厘好香、又熱又軟、甜而不膩甜品中規中矩、紅莓個舊酸酸甜甜比較好食又足開胃唔會好膩整體來講好好好滿意加上侍應收碟、refill速度都好有效率！衛生情況都好滿意！乾淨企理！抵食高汁buffetの
