Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無人可以阻止到香港人想食雞煲+打邊爐既慾望夏天熱辣辣都會想食！呢間金仔米線夜晚會賣埋雞煲/烤魚，唔洗出去旺角排隊排餐死先有得食！琴晚同屋企人4個人去食，叫左個$299雞煲套餐，包一隻雞，小食（雞絲粉皮or蒜泥白肉），肥牛/豚肉，牛丸墨魚丸拼盤，蔬菜籃/雜菇籃，兩碗飯/米線，飲品半價。套餐好抵食，一隻雞份量好多，一上檯已經聞到濃濃香味，我地叫左小小辣，食到後面，越煲越濃味，正！但媽咪去到後面就食唔到，要係咁飲野，但我覺得雞煲都係辣d好味d打邊爐部分，加湯用上湯，抵讚我地仲加單叫左韭菜餃（6隻）、鮑片（碌一碌就食得，第一次打邊爐試鮑片，點知都幾夾！）餐廳係小店，得兩個樓面侍應，但佢地講解都好細心，手腳動作快！坐得舒服，唔會好嘈，傾計食左三個鐘都無趕人走
