To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次帶狗狗沖涼時,無意間經過這間素食餐廳, 被外賣餐單及價錢吸引。今次特意帶來朋友 ,品嚐一下晚餐。 餐廳寬敞又簡潔,而且老闆和員工的服務真誠又熱情 推介和解釋了很多不錯的小菜。坐下不久就先來一碗素湯,鹿茸菌、蟲草花、 黃金菌煲雪梨,既養生又免疫,而且味道非常好 ,湯味濃郁,津津有味。滷味拼盤酸甜齋、咖哩齋、素鴨腎、素叉燒酸甜齋醒胃可口,令人食慾大增;咖哩齋香而不辣;素鴨腎口感煙韌,中間爽口; 素叉燒健康少油。這個拼盤組合,大力推介!椒鹽脆炸素鵝 一道必吃的素菜,金黃色的表皮和燒鵝般的脆皮 一樣,又香又脆,素鵝主要由腐皮製作,滿口豆香味,酥香可口,味道濃郁。黯然銷魂飯素叉燒色彩鮮亮,口感有彈性,甜鹹適中,無論顏色、質感,味道都能媲美真叉燒,沒有肉類的反式脂肪,不會對健康造成負擔,可以放心大口大口的享受美食。荔枝紫菜百花卷很欣賞這道菜的賣相和廚師的用心,內層有青瓜絲和蘿蔔絲,再用紫菜一層一層的鋪上,捲起,再切件擺盤。 以為是一道淡而無味的菜式 ,誰知一放入口,無論質感、口感和味道都不錯。 富有紫菜的香味,外皮又香又脆, 鹹鹹的很滋味喔~
