To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同一班朋友聚會多數都係食放題😂極尚大喜屋食物款式選擇夠多元化，而且座位都夠闊落❤️, 絕對係我gathering 飯堂之一😃每次都係先食刺身😛必點三文魚﹑帶子同赤蝦，新鮮美味😍好中意呢度唔只得🇯🇵日式料理, 連中式燒乳鴿、燒蠔、鮑魚、花膠、木瓜燉鮮奶同🦞小龍蝦都有, 熱辣辣嘅燒乳鴿仲正好幫我暖下胃,☺️乳鴿燒到外皮微脆，內裡juicy,推薦😛食咗一round🍣壽司、🐟刺身、🍙卷物、🥘一品料理、🍢串燒等，已經飽咗一大半! 再去埋出面嘅自助區拎埋燉湯、🍮甜品、🍨雪糕、雪條、🍗各款小食等，真係勁滿足！
