To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐去左附近嘅商場開餐,入到呢間餐廳,都見到好多人已經坐咗入去,差唔多全場坐滿。佢有中式同埋西式嘅選擇,但我個人覺得佢嘅意粉幾好食,所以今次食咗佢推介嘅鮮蜆白酒蒜香煙肉天使麵。🌟 鮮蜆白酒蒜香煙肉天使麵|$63+凍飲$3餐廳職員好細心,拎咗碟意粉嚟之後,仲拎多一隻碟俾我放蜆殼。意粉本身質地幾爽口彈牙,蒜蓉加白酒炒意粉,好惹味,但係又唔會太鹹。蜆肉嘅份量比餐牌仲多!不過佢有啲紅豆同埋青豆,好似同個意粉就唔係太夾啦。但係整體嚟講係好味。😋推薦指數:8/10@littlefoodie_bb
