To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚雖然落大雨，亦無損約咗朋友食飯嘅雅興，揀咗間日本餐廳，餐牌價錢唔貴，而且款式都算多職員安排卡位，坐得好舒服，招呼周到，最特別係聘請有聽障的員工，支持佢地就業，十分有社會責任，抵讚叫咗個油甘魚刺身，有四片亦厚切，好新鮮，食落爽口，好過出面嘅壽司店另外揀咗個海膽海鮮炒飯，份量算充足，海膽鮮甜，配上唔同嘅海鮮，例如三文魚、蜆等等，口感豐富，味道唔錯，兩個女仔食一定夠最後試咗杯豆腐雪糕，豆腐味清新，口感略為硬，但作為晚餐嘅完美句號相信下次會再嚟幫襯，可以試吓佢哋其他菜式
