To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去了銅鑼灣金百利築地日本料理，呢度位置交通方便，食嘢價錢優惠，而且有卡位坐得舒服。芝士雞卷熱辣辣外脆內軟，啖啖肉，都幾大件；加州巻鋪滿魚子，𥚃面有蟹柳、牛油果、青瓜，可以配啲沙律醬一齊食。醬燒牛仔骨好入味，肉質嫩滑，用嚟送飯都唔錯😋日本芝士年糕外脆內軟，𥚃面的流心芝士🧀軟綿綿。築地甜品拼盤共有四款甜品，可以每樣甜品食少少，好似食buffet的甜品，細細件，吾會太甜，每樣食啲就冇咁肥啦😊
