To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

耐唔耐我都會去「築地日本料理」食野，今次又食下D未食過嘅。地獄海鮮鍋，好足料，海鮮包括有青口、帆立貝、大蝦、墨魚、蟹棒，味道鮮甜；配菜包括有泡菜、豆腐、小棠菜、紅蘿蔔、椰菜、香蔥；泡菜湯底，味道酸辣，食落好惹味。味之鰻，表面鋪有芝士、蒲燒鰻魚，味道咸香，內有青瓜、龍蝦沙律，口感好豐富，食落好清爽。三文魚三味，蟹膏三文魚壽司，蟹味濃郁，雙重鮮味，飯粒口感軟硬適中；炙燒三文魚壽司，表面鋪有蟹籽、沙律醬，三文魚油香更加突出；三文魚壽司，肉質嫩滑，食落有鮮味
