To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早兩日去沙田三角邨搵朋友，已好幾年沒有來過原來轉變了很多，街市裝修過有冷氣的而商場也翻新過，不少菜式美食都進註在這裡。午飯時間看到這間人頭湧湧，原來是吃日本菜而午市套餐也很經濟實惠。套餐有餐湯、主菜和飲品。G5 炸蝦野菜天婦羅蕎麥麵＄72份量也足夠有六件天婦羅，兩隻大蝦很爽脆彈牙，而茄子和翠玉瓜也新鮮。到蕎麥麵軟硬適中配上冷麵汁非常之夾。G12 牛肉壽喜鍋配飯 $65一鍋熱辣辣牛肉鍋端上枱，非常足料滿滿牛肉片鋪滿鍋上，鍋內還有日本粉絲、冬菇、日本魚蛋，疏菜等很豐富。
