To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸爸話最近發掘到一間平靚正茶樓，一於嚟試試。中午前有抵食孖寶，所以10點幾就嚟到，門外有唔少人等位，但流轉都算快，大約10分鐘就可以入座。枱與枱之間無乜空間，好在2個人都可以坐4人枱有兩款特價孖寶，都係$26/$28喜歡食腐皮既一定會喜歡鮮竹卷，入面好足料，仲有少少莞茜味，唔錯唔錯。菜苗餃都好料，但個皮造得太淋，一咬有少少GEL住D牙，但都可接受的。炒米粉本身清清地，有菜絲蘿蔔絲同火腿絲，加埋辣醬就好惹味我同爸爸都十分喜歡燒賣，平時週末飲茶都要差唔多30蚊一籠，今次雖然係孖寶，但估唔到都係大大粒，味道都係正常以上，所以覺得好抵食。食特價嘢之餘都試下貴嘢，百花既蝦膠都算彈牙，加上面頭的蟹籽脆卜卜好好味。食完晒準備liu牙果陣發現哩間酒家用既牙簽包裝拍得住中高檔既食肆，再望下d餐具，雖然係街坊茶樓，但都唔碗碟杯都好完整無崩，所以相信哩間酒樓都有係細節到用心。2人食咗6個點心都只係139，我覺得都選係良心，而且整體味道都ok，絕對係可以再返轉頭既選擇。
