今晚喺尖沙咀圓方shopping,剛經過QUE 餐廳,見到有呢個二人套餐,最重要有我最喜歡的甲羅燒餐廳採用大量日系木製傢俬,感覺豪華,而且空間感十足,可以好好享受一頓晚餐。今日點咗嘅二人套餐,性價比很高。小食揀咗個松葉蟹味噌甲羅燒配鱈魚片及紫菜片蟹蓋裏面放滿蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽和鵪鶉蛋,將食材攪勻之後,再夾上一片紫菜和一片鱈魚片,味道相當匹配,真係食唔停口,蟹膏帶來淡淡鹹香,再配上蟹肉和蟹籽嘅鮮甜,味道層次豐富。燒物揀咗燒焦糖菠蘿串一口咬落去食到外層脆脆嘅焦糖,裏面包着清甜多汁嘅菠蘿,味道清新,令你食慾大增。燒牛舌串牛舌肉質夠腍,而且夠厚切,牛肉味濃郁。海膽壽司塔可 和 鰻魚玉子壽司塔可用上塔可餅嘅設計,有別於一般手握壽司,今次都係第一次食。用上海膽嘅份量真不少,而且好鮮甜,鰻魚都好厚切,啖啖肉,我覺得塔可嘅食法能夠突出餡料嘅味道。主食揀咗百里香烤豬鞍配紅酒話梅汁豬鞍烤得外脆內嫩,火候控制得好好,點上紅酒話梅汁一齊食,令你食落唔會感到油膩,抵讚。松葉蟹肉海鮮茶碗蒸蒸蛋好滑,加埋鮮甜嘅松葉蟹,估唔到蒸蛋可以咁好食。炭燒咖啡提拉米蘇盒子 配日式蕨餅承載嘅盒子好有特色,十分吸睛,香濃嘅咖啡味夾雜
