To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食晚餐

之前食過西洋菜街果間紅橋，味道唔錯，今次經過另一間分店，見仲未滿座，就再去食多次。主餐牌我地分別嗌左B同C。每個餐都配左個沙律同湯，我地都揀左白湯 (是日係粟米忌廉湯)。個湯係偏稀果種，但味道都夠。煙鴨胸沙律不過不失，用黎墊下肚幾好。蜜莎豬肋骨伴蛋包飯黎講，個豬肋骨好大份，但肉味好似有D太重，反而蜜莎味唔夠。蛋包飯就同之前食既一樣，蛋夠嫩滑飯夠香。不過舊粟米仲瘦左D。黑醋蜜糖豬扒伴蛋包飯反而唔錯，塊豬扒好厚身，同埋係炸過既，面頭淋既黑醋蜜糖汁好夾，同時又解滯，唔錯。呢舊粟米又正常返。其實$80幾蚊可以係太子食到有湯有前菜有主菜仲有野飲既西餐真係幾乎冇，最緊要抵食得黎仲要有質素，CP值好高，抵我地成日黎幫襯既。
