尋晚同兩個朋友試左呢間喺尖沙咀上樓既星級🌠法國私房菜 ,門口貼左有好多明星相,我個friend又極度推介💪。不過食野餐廳食物質素最重要,多多明星效應都無用既!😉前菜要左個吞拿魚他他🐠同Caesar Salad, 個他他份量好足,混合左d洋蔥同香草,都幾好味。跟住要左個黑松露菌磨菇湯同龍蝦湯,師傅話個龍蝦湯用大量蝦頭熬出黎,又真係好真材實料,個磨菇湯亦好香好濃。主菜就要左BB羊架、牛扒🐄同煎封油鴨。出面既油鴨通常配orange sauce ,呢間就配左個Raspberry sauce,好特別,同個鴨好夾!BB羊又嫩又滑,無平時羊架咁羶,我朋友讚不絕口,不過我天生鍾意羊羶味!不得不題係個配菜紫薯茸,又香又甜!三條友好似生大食積咁,食左三碟肉🍖都唔夠再加個意粉,普普通都合格!甜品係豆腐雪糕🍨,呢個堅好味,好濃豆腐味,仲要係老闆娘請既!
