To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食泰菜😋但有改善空間⁉️

揾食肥華早兩日去蛇王娟姐度食蛇羹，路過此售賣泰國菜小館，被其貼於店外的菜單吸引，有一試此店的念頭，坐言起行12月5日肥華就同靚媽，到此店食餐泰式晚飯，考牌菜泰式鳳爪及冬蔭公是必選之食品，而此店呢兩款泰國平民百姓家菜，亦算合格，鳳爪無乜負評但個冬䕃公就魚露落得重咗手，引致味道偏咸，而個湯底亦唔夠熱犯咗飲呢款湯嘅大忌，幸好此湯用料新鮮挽回少分数，至於$15一串嘅各款沙嗲亦係超值之選，可惜同樣係熱度不足，引致有扣分位，至於個海南鷄飯就正正常常，比上不足但同大有街個間，馬，星，泰菜館比就贏成條街，若此店能留意食物上枱嘅温度，肥華所給嘅評分，張不衹此数👍👍
