To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事帶領下,去到呢間最篤篤的酒家,我地十二人,可揀七款(on list)海觧。然後行前幾個鋪位─琦旺係同一公司的海鮮檔,揀海鮮。除左海鮮外,仲叫左幾碟小菜。炒芥蘭、炒通菜。椒鹽豆腐,雖然豆腐唔脆,不過椒鹽幾惹味。咕嚕骨,沒太多炸槳,排骨有脆感,難得難得。海鮮時間開始喇!白灼蝦,吓….原來係海蝦!?我我鍾意食紅bob bob的基圍蝦多D law…木瓜豆腐魚湯,魚味唔濃,不過木瓜味都幾出,ok啦。炒蟶子,好鮮鮮鮮甜呀!!肉質軟綿綿架!微辣度,增加惹味!蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,賣相非常企理,我覺得蒜太多,蓋過左帶子鮮味,同埋蒸過火了。油泡墨魚,新鮮墨魚已經好好食,但係酒家秘製既蝦醬仲正正!極之鮮味,可惜無得買走。椒鹽賴尿蝦,佢地好有良心,先上一隻,說道另一隻開左無膏,再整過一隻俾我地。呀…佢地D椒鹽真係整得幾乾身,幾好食咕噃!清蒸雜斑,少少蒸過火,條斑種都唔係咁好味。芝士焗龍蝦,萬眾期待!因為一同事是「熟客」,加量E麵底。橙色芝士好食過普遍的黃色芝士好多好多倍!由於芝士味濃,龍蝦味好似迅色左。薑蔥炒蟹,兩隻肉蟹,真係好多肉,好多膏!不過肉味好似有D霉霉地味,食唔郁。揚州炒飯,很乾身,又多义燒、蝦、芥

只得一款甜品─桂花椰汁糕,如果桂花層厚D就好喇,椰汁部份,腍腍軟糯,極香椰味!
果盤是西瓜和哈蜜瓜,都非常之靚,好甜!
