To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次黎,覺得好有離島feel,估唔到東涌除左纜車、outlet,仲有D咁有風味既地方!海鮮選擇都唔少,價錢又唔貴。叫左蟶子王($168/斤)、椒鹽鮮魷($58)、燒腩仔($50)。最好味係椒鹽鮮魷,熱辣辣,好香脆,一碟都有好多!燒腩仔既皮好脆,但有少少硬,如果可以再鬆化D就好喇。蟶子王好大隻,用左蒜蓉蒸,上面鋪滿粉絲,賣相好吸引,但d蟶子可能煮得耐左,有d靭!飯前有湯送,飯後又有豆花食,總括來講都好抵食!
