今晚唔想煮飯,約埋老公食埋飯先返屋企。由於老公鐘意食潮州打冷,所以去咗屋企樓下嘅係新都城二期四點金飯店。由於仲係疫情期間,所以飯店係每4人一枱,而且都隔得幾開。坐得好寬敞,好舒服。,又食得安心。鹵水雜錦拼盤(有6款食品,由廚師發版)$98豬大腸,沒有肥膏,沒有壓味。 豬大腸入晒鹵水味豬脷,我以往唔食的。今次老公叫我試吓,咁試啦!又真係ok喎,夠淋。墨魚,都係好淋。容易咀嚼大紅腸及豆腐家鄉煎蠔仔烙$92超大碟,而且係用煎的煮法的。夠蛋香味,又有蠔仔鮮味。最正就係唔會油淋淋。(因為係其他店食過係炸的。非常油膩又多粉)。所以四點金嘅蠔仔烙直得食。川椒龍鳳球$128碧綠紫蘇葉,雞塊,蝦球。望落都好吸引,蝦球肉夠爽。但係都有少少失望。因為比較好鹹。加$1,可以換鵝肝一個。雖然只收一蚊,但係有整個鵝肝亦有豆腐墊底。夠晒抵! 唔錯!
