To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中學班聚黎左食任打邊爐，book左七點，但去到其實都唔算多人，環境幾靜啱傾計。我去打邊爐主要都淨係食肥牛、響鈴、芝心丸同生菜，酒樓嘅以上幾款食物都幾新鮮同好味，個人幾滿意。豬肉一般，厚左少少。其他野冇點特別試，同學話餃子唔太好味。野食上得幾快，侍應主動黎加水。飲品方面都算多選擇，有道地冬瓜茶、蕃石榴汁、檸檬茶、忌廉鮮奶、百事、啤酒等等。汽水機有橙汁、夏枯草同菊花茶，雖然全部都好甜。另外雀巢雪糕杯仲有四款味，算幾有誠意。每碟野食都幾多，例如丸一碟十餘粒，一班人食唔錯。
