To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去旺角 $12 店都會見到這店的招牌，常常都想找機會去。今次又經開旺角，友人想食片皮鴨，我突然想到這店有得食，所以我們就決定到這店晚餐。非常方便，一出電梯就見到食店，開揚寬敞，坐符舒適。食物款式不算多，但有些餸菜都比較有特色。我們當然點了「京式片皮鴨」及「盞鬼陳皮咕嚕肉」。京式片皮鴨，油脂豐富、香口味美 仲有特價，抵食！有「冰鎮咕嚕肉」及「盞鬼陳皮咕嚕肉」兩款，我們見盞鬼陳皮咕嚕肉個名幾特別，便選了這菜。原來盞鬼即是油炸鬼，配咕嚕肉又幾夾，再有陳皮香味，配搭新穎，又特別 片皮鴨可以兩食，我們最後選擇兩食，鴨崧生菜包，啖啖肉，粒粒可口，美味！沒有點粉麵飯，已食得很飽
