今日來到這間叫做MARCO’S OYSTER BAR & GRILL西餐,吸引我光顧的當然是門口最大隻字的”即開生蠔”。第一件事一定是生蠔,分別點選4種不同的生蠔,分別是Scottish、Irish、St Vaast 同埋 Fine De Claire。生蠔味道新鮮,店員更由淡味排到濃味上碟,心思十足。加$80的白酒是德國Rioslina果香味白酒,與蠔味道十分夾。食完前菜,再食主菜。主菜選擇了法國鵝肝牛柳大餐。前菜道是三文魚撻撻麵包,左面的是蛋黃醬加上魚子,而右面就是三文魚。主菜-鵝肝加牛柳,牛柳要Medium 牛味重,肉質不算韌。鵝肝油份重,剛上碟不久就出了油,如果可以有菠蘿等等生果做配搭會更佳。法式焦糖燉蛋燉蛋的味甜而膩。
