是日part time last day又遇上老公公司聚餐,要一個人搵食。襯12月水尾想食生蠔,原本想去season plxx, 之前幾個月去過,生蠔質素不錯。但又記起近排節日可能已唔同價。search一search貴咗都幾多就打算搵間平價靜靜地又唔需要book位。就想起呢間。我到的時間未到8點9左右,人唔多,得幾枱。頭盤生蠔叫咗Scottish, fine de Claire, gillardeau加埋餐2隻生蠔。果然水尾,Gillardeau雖大,但食落肉偏瘦了, fine de claire都差唔多,唯scottish仲係好肥好鮮湯似是松露磨菇濃湯,有粒粒口感,也很香,ok沙律雖大碟菜很多,但唔夠新鮮,混的比例亦麻麻,無口感,汁也少。蛋多士太酸,三文魚一般主菜鵝肝煎得不錯,外脆內軟,裡面無腥味只有甘甜,令人回味。牛質素不錯,裡面都是粉紅,5成熟上枱剛好,好多肉汁,份量都好足夠。可惜我叫了杯紅酒完全唔掂! 襯托唔到味道,之前白酒都好啲。紅酒唔知點解會有氣? 問個侍應話無問題,叫佢攞支酒俾我睇,label又真係意大利red wine, 唔係sparkling, 奇怪食埋甜品完滿結束。埋單唔使600,大時大節算ok continue reading

當晚約左朋友,朋友極力推介依間餐廳唔需要book位,直接可以wall in 唔需要等位當晚入到去環境裝修似懷舊西餐廳每張枱上面都放置住蠟燭同埋花,氣氛太浪漫幾適合聊天,聚會, 唔太吵雜有幾個menu,不過當晚我地叫左個set menu ,皆因我地兩個都有選擇恐懼症😂有兩個三文魚撻,口感不錯兩個龍蝦湯,另外叫左一個鵝肝拼牛柳同埋鵝肝拼三文魚,鵝肝真係好好食👍另外仲加多左個法式田螺,個田螺配埋薯蓉簡直係一流服務態度都好好,下次可以再黎 continue reading

今日被同事帶我到蠔吧來,唔係吃蠔,是豪吃。睇睇餐牌先~ 價錢有貴有平任君選擇,個set餐本身配有餐湯同餐包,可以加多12蚊加餐飲同甜品。個人來講,一定會觀察個餐湯,若然餐湯ok的話,食物水準也有個大概。而呢個餐湯見到顏色都知佢濃郁,好多菇菌粒粒,完全係我“碗湯”!講明豪吃,我地三個人,點咗一個德國咸豬手、一個牛肝菌意大利飯,再加一個南瓜忌廉大蝦闊條麺。咸豬手超大份,若一個自己吃的話,唔使估都吃唔曬,而我地三人係大家開心share。意大利飯有好香濃的菇菌味,還可以拉絲。闊條麺就用南瓜汁底,有別於平時吃慣的番茄底或者白汁底,有清新健康的感覺。三份食物三份分,大家都吃到超級飽。而甜品亦不俗,朱古力心太軟、法式焦糖燉蛋、紐約芝士餅,我最喜歡的是焦糖燉蛋,那軟綿綿的口感,。這樣一個午餐,唔話佢係豪華午餐都唔得~ continue reading

為慶祝生日又想食蠔,較早前買了兩張$99當200$現金卷。環境浪漫,燭光晚餐🕯️可惜歌手放假,未能感受氣氛因爲會送一支白酒所以叫了12隻蠔。遺憾原來正價才能用優惠卷(他全部單點蠔都是特價)🙈只好多叫$400 食物,最後加點了鵝肝牛柳餐。法國鵝肝好吃,五成熟的牛柳好硬、肉質粗糙又淡,感覺要點3成熟🤥龍蝦湯沒龍蝦味道,像菇味,而多士也只得賣相好。另外還點了黑松露菇pizza,新鮮熱騰騰,芝士拉絲的!濃厚菇味,薄餅邊小脆!好吃!驚喜!蠔海水味重好咸,都唔記得邊款打邊隻😂由淡至濃咁食,食到中間開始覺得好味~~至於白酒我唔識欣賞XD優惠價加配大啡菇比想像中出色,多汁,不錯👍🏻總結:用了兩張$200現金卷,埋單加一另付$540 左右!!即實際吃了$700多元一餐!比想像中貴很多😂一開始只打算吃$400.......點了才發現蠔是不包的-3-食物推介:$38或以上的 蠔,大啡菇、黑松露菇pizza、鵝肝 continue reading
