是日part time last day又遇上老公公司聚餐,要一個人搵食。襯12月水尾想食生蠔,原本想去season plxx, 之前幾個月去過,生蠔質素不錯。但又記起近排節日可能已唔同價。search一search貴咗都幾多就打算搵間平價靜靜地又唔需要book位。就想起呢間。我到的時間未到8點9左右,人唔多,得幾枱。頭盤生蠔叫咗Scottish, fine de Claire, gillardeau加埋餐2隻生蠔。果然水尾,Gillardeau雖大,但食落肉偏瘦了, fine de claire都差唔多,唯scottish仲係好肥好鮮湯似是松露磨菇濃湯,有粒粒口感,也很香,ok沙律雖大碟菜很多,但唔夠新鮮,混的比例亦麻麻,無口感,汁也少。蛋多士太酸,三文魚一般主菜鵝肝煎得不錯,外脆內軟,裡面無腥味只有甘甜,令人回味。牛質素不錯,裡面都是粉紅,5成熟上枱剛好,好多肉汁,份量都好足夠。可惜我叫了杯紅酒完全唔掂! 襯托唔到味道,之前白酒都好啲。紅酒唔知點解會有氣? 問個侍應話無問題,叫佢攞支酒俾我睇,label又真係意大利red wine, 唔係sparkling, 奇怪食埋甜品完滿結束。

。牛質素不錯,裡面都是粉紅,5成熟上枱剛好,好多肉汁

有幾個menu,不過當晚我地叫左個set menu ,皆因我地兩個都有選擇恐懼症😂

有兩個三文魚撻,口感不錯
兩個龍蝦湯,另外叫左一個鵝肝拼牛柳同埋鵝肝拼三文魚,鵝肝真係好好食👍

另外仲加多左個法式田螺,個田螺配埋薯蓉簡直係一流

服務態度都好好,下次可以再黎

今日被同事帶我到蠔吧來,唔係吃蠔,是豪吃。睇睇餐牌先~ 價錢有貴有平任君選擇,個set餐本身配有餐湯同餐包,可以加多12蚊加餐飲同甜品。個人來講,一定會觀察個餐湯,若然餐湯ok的話,食物水準也有個大概。而呢個餐湯見到顏色都知佢濃郁,好多菇菌粒粒,完全係我“碗湯”!講明豪吃,我地三個人,點咗一個德國咸豬手、一個牛肝菌意大利飯,再加一個南瓜忌廉大蝦闊條麺。咸豬手超大份,若一個自己吃的話,唔使估都吃唔曬,而我地三人係大家開心share。意大利飯有好香濃的菇菌味,還可以拉絲。闊條麺就用南瓜汁底,有別於平時吃慣的番茄底或者白汁底,有清新健康的感覺。三份食物三份分,大家都吃到超級飽。而甜品亦不俗,朱古力心太軟、法式焦糖燉蛋、紐約芝士餅,我最喜歡的是焦糖燉蛋,那軟綿綿的口感,。這樣一個午餐,唔話佢係豪華午餐都唔得~

同女朋友慶祝週年紀念,就去左呢間意大利餐食下好野。 叫左一份精選2人晚餐,有生蠔(共8隻)、有沙律、有湯、有兩個main dish、有甜品和飲品,性價比好高。由於係週年紀念,我地叫多左兩杯白酒同升級左部分生蠔做法國生蠔。法國生蠔比較鮮甜,原本跟餐生蠔就略微重左少少海水味,整體黎講幾好食。龍蝦湯唔錯兩杯白酒+兩份沙律,煙三文魚沙律好過水牛芝士,水牛芝士味道較淡Main dish 點左肉眼扒同龍蝦,肉眼扒好大份,相比下龍蝦就細份少少(只係肉眼扒太大份)。  肉眼扒叫左7成熟,因為我地都唔鐘意食太生。肉味好濃,但真係太大份。龍蝦兩三下就食完,味道總算唔錯。紐約芝士蛋糕好軟滑,甜度適中,心太軟口感岩岩好。呢個餐計落性價比幾高,會可以再食。

Main dish 點左肉眼扒同龍蝦,肉眼扒好大份,相比下龍蝦就細份少少(只係肉眼扒太大份)。  肉眼扒叫左7成熟,因為我地都唔鐘意食太生。肉味好濃,但真係太大份。龍蝦兩三下就食完,味道總算唔錯。

暑假接近完結了,一於同表弟食餐好,迎接新學年的開始及挑戰今日到了佐敦試下朋友介紹的食店,地點十分方便,一出mtr 3min 便到了。午餐選擇很多有意粉,天使麵及一些肉類套餐還附上湯及麵包,麵包脆脆的十分香口,羅宋湯就用料十足。今次點了德國咸豬手,物量十足,皮燒到脆脆,最重要十分經濟,適合一家大細,愛食肉人仕,印象中性價比最高的豬手。又點了一個即炒蜆意粉,蜆用料十足十分大隻最後加了一個芝士蛋糕,這餐十分滿足了

同友人岩岩收工,太耐冇傾計,要搵緊食西餐黎談心😂我地叫左法國鵝肝套餐叫套餐係因為懶😂😂咩都set死曬,最多只係簡a/b。三文魚撻撻,多士焗得幾脆,我就食左蛋沙津topping 個款,仲係魚子醬係上面。額外叫左蘑菇湯,蘑菇味好香濃,食落去到粒粒蘑菇係足料。鵝肝配牛柳鵝肝煎到唔老,都唔會腥。牛柳叫左五成熟,實際偏熟少少,都有牛味。主要係個餐唔貴,性價比黎講都幾高。 臨近中秋老闆比我地試左個月餅,據說師傅以前好出名奶皇月餅間酒店做,唔怪得味道都幾似。焗田螺有好濃嘅香草是味,焗完唔會乾身,連側面嘅薯蓉都唔放過,入曬味好好食蠔係呢到嘅主打菜,見到枱枱都叫一大盤,平時少食蠔嘅我地都叫左隻試,呢到款式好多,我地就叫左法國蠔,呢款比較入門級,平時怕食生蠔都會覺得好食,甜得黎淡淡海水味。

今日收工約埋朋友去佐敦食飯,見到聖地牙哥酒店地下有一間舊式蠔吧就入去試下!餐廳環境昏暗,但每檯配有小小蠟燭,氣氛一流!一打開餐牌,就被法國鵝肝牛柳大餐吸引,二話不說就舉手落單了!前菜是三文魚撻撻,有煙三文魚同蛋沙律,配埋香脆法包同沙律菜,好美咪!之後係法國龍蝦濃湯,熱辣辣而且味道好濃郁!主菜我選左鵝肝拼牛柳,鵝肝煎得好香,而且一口咬落去,外面好脆,入面好肥美,入口即溶,配上沙律菜,剛好解油膩感覺!牛柳好厚身,但可能因為我點左7成熟,有少少熟過頭,但好在仍保持嫩滑多汁!最驚喜是配有香草意粉,應該是用橄欖油炒過,好香口!最後我加$15配埋紐約芝士餅,完美的一餐!

放假最幸福的事是睡到自然醒,然後慢慢享受一個豐富的lunch!先看看餐牌,選擇都算多。西餐一定會先上餐湯同餐包,餐包暖暖又軟,加上牛油已經好好食,餐湯濃度不錯,合格!肉眼扒配薯菜 $138叫了五成熟,不過來到卻差不多是全熟,不過本身肉眼扒質素不錯,所以食下去也是可以的,薯條好粉好食!香草忌廉煙三文魚天使麵 $68這個忌廉汁同天使麵的比例做得剛剛好,不會多到滴下來,剛剛好被麵條全部掛上,煙三文魚份量亦剛好,總括來說我很喜歡這個天使麵,好食!每個餐加$12會有杯餐飲和甜品。法式焦糖燉蛋感覺有點太實,如果做到再軟身一點黏口一點會更好。心太軟好好食,內裏的朱古力漿很香濃但不會過甜,值得加許!

法式焦糖燉蛋感覺有點太實,如果做到再軟身一點黏口一點會更好。
