To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由中學時代,去到現在,前前後後都有10年,次數雖然唔密,但都有幫襯呢間酒家食火鍋火鍋食品種類咁多年都係差唔多,無點變過。主要喜歡價錢比較抵食,同埋地方大,唔需要點等位星期5晚出面好多地方會收價日價,但呢度收平日價錢,比較合理個人覺得特別好食的,有水餃、雲吞、墨魚丸、魚皮等粟米就更加鮮甜到不得了(就算拿去做湯底的頭頭尾尾都鮮甜,粟米豬骨湯底,家人成日食到得翻豬骨)見好多任食火鍋店已經無左西生菜,但呢度仲有,而且份量唔少(當然賣清另計)而其它食品質素都唔差,好多時有些食品賣相比出面火鍋店差,但煮左之後,竟然又會好食過出面其它火鍋店。除了一種食品:肥牛,質素總係好一般有一樣o野必食的,雖然同火鍋無幾大關係,就係糖水,真係用足料去煲,好夠火喉紅豆沙真係好沙之餘仲要非常之濃,雖然比較飽肚同比較甜。出面好多大酒樓的糖水,好多都有攪拌機制作,唔覺有幾多火喉,豆沙非常幼滑放5分鐘豆沙會沉澱左落底因為糖水係熱住,有時食完火鍋先去拿的話,會熱到食唔到所以一般都係開始食的時候就拿定2碗,等打完邊爐凍左容易食而且糖水有時好搶手,多人時,8點幾糖水就會比人拿光
