To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢下午茶時段，就會排滿人，好熱鬧！因為價錢較抵。入到裏面枱同枱之間較迫，座無虛席。鮑魚刺身伴泰醬米紙卷呢度新式菜茶，好特別，鮑魚刺身凍冰冰，彈牙有口感;米紙卷伴泰醬，米子卷完全冇味，好彩有泰醬配搭，感覺即刻清新哂，酸酸辣辣，好開胃。原條靚竹笙舞茸雞絲翅雞絲翅好夠味，用料好豐富，竹笙好大條，食完好滿足。鮮百合雞油菌浸菜苗菜苗好新鮮，鮮菌彈牙爽口。白松露海鮮炒飯個飯好香松露味，炒飯好炒到好乾身粒粒分明，配埋假海鮮好有口感。蜜汁叉燒陳皮骨呢兩個炸物炸得唔乾身，咬落感覺啖啖肉，配埋嚟蜜汁好惹味。自家即磨腰果露+蓮蓉壽桃壽包不過不失，包質鬆軟。腰果露好香好滑，又唔太甜，推介！
