呢間係西環屹立多年既老字號燒味店,相信好多人都聽過,仲連續多年榮獲米芝蓮推介,今次終於有機會試下啦為左食燒鵝,我真係睇住佢開門時間去食🤭閒日又早既關係,等一陣就有位,店舖好細同唔多位,真係食完即刻下位入個隻燒鵝瀨粉個皮既色澤燒得又靚又均勻,食落雖然唔係脆但都食到鵝油既甘香,燒鵝唔算係好肥個種,所以唔會有好油膩既感覺,件數亦都係滿滿咁覆蓋住成碗瀨粉,真係一d都唔吝嗇,想要酸梅醬既朋友記住係要問伙記攞的我地叫普通燒鵝瀨粉,但竟然其中一碗卑左隻燒鵝脾,真係開心到彈起,$53又平又大碗又好味,平民米芝蓮既美譽真係當之無愧
