To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多年前已經食過小曼谷，佢都算係九龍城嘅經典之一，今日再嚟到呢度，估唔到個水準都仲keep到，同埋好驚喜，今日星期一特價有$38嘅冬陰功魚片湯，非常抵食。見到唔同日子都有唔同嘢做特價，平日夜晚嚟都係一個幾好嘅選擇。食泰國菜我一定會食沙律，今次就試吓佢個青木瓜沙律，個調味做得好好唔會太酸，而且亦都好體貼可以走辣，鍾意佢配好多花生粒粒，係清新嘅口味選擇。另外叫咗半隻燒雞，因為係泰式燒雞，唔好諗住係港式嗰種軟腍腍口感，反而佢係香口啲、肉身實淨啲嘅口感，口味係有少少焦香，好惹味！小曼谷當然要食佢嘅炒粉麵飯，今日試辣豬肉碎炒飯，調味適中，而且有好多豆角，個金不換嘅味都好突出，炒飯嚟講一啲都唔油，食完唔會覺得好滯，大大碟都唔使$100 ，好抵食！小曼谷屹立咗九龍城咁多年，佢個水準都仲keep到，而且價錢其實都唔係加咗好多，非常公道，份量亦都唔少，如果啲晚餐嘅餸啱你口味，其實$288已經有一個二人晚餐，仲送埋甜品，性價比好高！所以星期一晚都座無虛席，其實都真係有原因。
