Fiancé最近返工留意到呢間餐廳夜晚有buffet食,又唔貴,星期一至四$238加一,星期五至日、公眾假期前同公眾假期都係$268加一,無論幾時食幾多人都有龍蝦汁海鮮盛宴送!留意返,原來6點先會開門,我地早左十分鐘到,見正門無開,搵左第二邊搭𨋢上去,上到去咁啱有職員後門出黎講我地知佢地六點先開,我地先知未夠鐘佢地係唔開。一夠鐘佢地開後門請我地入去,真係好彩有人知我地企係出面,唔係有排都入唔到去😅😅入到去見到個裝修好靚,好有心思,啲牆磚好有西班牙feel,座位夠闊落👍🏻坐得舒服。野食雖然唔及酒店buffet咁多,但呢個價錢有海鮮食,我覺得已經好抵,同埋我都未試晒所有野都已經飽左,始終唔係酒店咁大規模咁多人食,好難有咁多菜色,唔係會造成太多浪費。我覺得全晚最正係個海鮮盛宴,一啲都唔hea,估唔到有鮑魚食!重要一啲都唔韌,煮得啱啱好。扇貝同青口非常大隻,又係煮得啱啱好,唔韌之餘又嫩又鮮甜!魷魚🦑都係好鮮甜唔韌,蜆煮完重大隻無大縮水,無沙👍🏻,但蝦🦐就一般。個底重有啲粟米🌽、翠玉瓜同紅蘿蔔🥕。個龍蝦汁雖然唔係好濃龍蝦味,但佢唔太鹹,配海鮮好食👍🏻沙律有五款:蟹籽蟹棒藜麥沙律、雜果沙律、吞拿魚

野食雖然唔及酒店buffet咁多,但呢個價錢有海鮮食,我覺得已經好抵,同埋我都未試晒所有野都已經飽左,始終唔係酒店咁大規模咁多人食,好難有咁多菜色,唔係會造成太多浪費。

我覺得全晚最正係個海鮮盛宴,一啲都唔hea,估唔到有鮑魚食!

重要一啲都唔韌,煮得啱啱好。扇貝同青口非常大隻,又係煮得啱啱好,唔韌之餘又嫩又鮮甜!

魷魚🦑都係好鮮甜唔韌,蜆煮完重大隻無大縮水,無沙👍🏻,但蝦🦐就一般。個底重有啲粟米🌽、翠玉瓜同紅蘿蔔🥕。個龍蝦汁雖然唔係好濃龍蝦味,但佢唔太鹹,配海鮮好食👍🏻

沙律有五款:蟹籽蟹棒藜麥沙律、雜果沙律、吞拿魚長通粉沙律、 泰式青木瓜大蝦魷魚沙律同三色bell pepper紫洋蔥。只係試左木瓜沙律,酸得黎帶少少辣幾開胃~重有啲車厘茄、青瓜同埋粟米俾你自己撈醬,有日式芝麻醬、黑醋汁同埋千島醬。

最驚喜有芝士食🤣試左Camembert配餅乾條,餅乾條夠crunchy,Camembert好軟滑👍🏻 芝士隔離重有生果,菠蘿、西瓜同紅火龍果,酒店buffet都未試過有紅火龍果,呢度竟然有!👍🏻

熱野都算幾多選擇,首先一打開豬羅紀😍😍嘩!有ribs、豬手、豬肉腸重有烤雞!ribs既汁辣辣地食落幾惹味,肉質唔鞋幾易咬;豬手肉質軟腍唔會過鹹;豬肉腸好濃香草味👍🏻;烤雞相對失色啲,肉質偏鞋,但味道唔錯。

海鮮龍蝦汁扁意粉有青口、蝦、蜆、魷魚,食落同海鮮盛宴差不多,扁意粉唔會煮到太腍,有返啲硬度,啱晒我。因為一向唔食菠蘿,所以無食個炒飯,但望落都幾靚。

食飽鹹食,就開動第二個胃食甜品🤪椰青糕幾清甜,如果椰肉多啲就更正!Lemon cheesecake 同tiramisu不過不失,我見佢啲甜品係訂返黎唔係自己整,因為見到一盒盒蛋糕盒放係餅櫃。
