To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男友今日帶左我去試呢間佢成日都會翻食既街坊小店，主打焗飯意粉同埋蠔。.晚餐跟餐有紅白湯送，紅湯落足料去煲，有好多蔬菜紅蘿蔔，味道夠酸夠濃，亦飲到有牛肉味。✨芝士焗珍珠蠔蟹棒闊條麵闊條麵煙韌有咬口而且份量都幾多，白汁同芝士鋪得好滿，所以絕對唔怕食到最尾唔夠汁會無味。蟹棒同埋蠔既質素不過不失。另外仲叫左一份焗千層麵，是即叫即焗的，上枱時仲喺熱辣辣。面層芝士焗到好香，入面有幾隻爽口彈牙既蝦仁，味道唔錯。✨芝士焗蠔焗蠔大大隻，焗完都仲好juicy 又啖啖肉，面頭既芝士份量多到漏，味道唔錯。不足地方喺餐廳座位少同埋偏窄，所以見唔少街坊都喺幫襯買外賣，拎返屋企慢慢食。
