To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去了一轉東涌看櫻花,回程到青衣城食晚飯。我們胃口細,兩個人在酒樓叫了兩個餸,飲個湯已飽飽。稻香的晚市可選的菜式不多,看來看去三張紙,不會令你選擇困難。西澳龍蝦伊麵,賣188元,有成斤重,抵食,於是要了一份;再加脆皮燒雞半隻和每人一個滋補鮑魚汽鍋湯。湯先來,打開鍋蓋,湯氣上升,夠熱度。湯料充足,有連殼鮑魚、雞腳、瘦肉、花膠、龍眼肉、五指毛桃,不過湯味較淡口。脆皮燒雞半隻,是比較細小的雞,份量一般。雞皮燒得香脆,燒汁也入味,不過肉質薄,吃不到啖啖肉的口感。西澳龍蝦伊麵,這個就像樣多了,龍蝦肉多,爽口鮮甜,伊麵掛上湯汁,入口彈牙濕潤易吃。一碟的份量多,所以十份飽肚。
