To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一早聽過有一間以抵食為主嘅西餐小店喺西營盤，見今日路過呢一邊，就一於同朋友試一試試佢。餐廳size唔大，一邊係廚房一邊係枱凳，好在枱同枱之間唔會密質質，坐落去都舒服。有兩份Menu，一份係散叫嘅一份係set，如果想將散叫嘅主菜升級做套餐都無問題既，加$50 。我就揀左水波蛋肉醬意粉set，配雜菜湯焦糖燉蛋同 埋Cappuccino 。雜菜湯味道正常普普通通，呢度唔着墨太多。講咗肉醬意粉先，肉醬個味食得出係自家製，水波蛋應該係即叫即整，意粉al dente，加埋就係一個合格嘅肉醬意粉，未到比一般嘅Cafe好，但你去到好好食。焦糖燉蛋有驚喜，面頭嘅焦糖脆脆，入邊嘅燉蛋軟，食落口有蛋香，你食得出有忌廉同牛奶嘅香味，同時唔會過甜，幾好食😋買單一個人$200唔使，唔算貴，以後食嘢又多一個選擇
