今日同朋友喺銅鑼灣睇完戲,就係附近搵咗間餐廳到食飯,發覺原來永光中心呢幢大廈都幾多餐廳選擇,如是這我哋就嚟到呢間西餐廳到食飯。本灣章紅生魚薄片章紅魚切得好薄身,調味方面用咗檸檬皮、九層塔、英茜油、意大利白醋、初榨橄欖油,食落好清新一啲都唔腥,魚片好鮮甜好滑。手拆藍蟹肉多士藍蟹肉份量好多鋪滿晒係多士到,而個多士炸到好酥脆,連埋一齊食口感好豐富,蟹肉好鮮甜。白酒煮活蜆意粉意粉煮得爽口彈牙,蜆肉好新鮮,唔會食到有沙處理得好乾淨,配埋白酒一齊煮帶出蜆肉嘅鮮味,意粉入面加咗紅辣椒食落有少少辣,估唔到加入咗辣椒嘅意粉味道都幾夾。炭燒三黄雞胸青醬長通粉雞胸煮得啱啱好唔會好硬好乾,每一條長通粉沾滿菠菜同青醬口感好creamy,食落有淡淡嘅芝士味。香煎三文魚柳三文魚柳煎得外皮香脆,肉質好嫩滑,醬汁用咗法蔥、檸檬果茸、西洋菜汁,夾埋一齊食減輕咗三文魚嘅油膩感,味道好清爽。炭燒西冷西冷牛扒好香嘅炭燒味,牛扒唔會好韌,個薯蓉好滑好creamy ,再配埋忌廉同黑椒汁好好食,口感好豐富。意大利芝士蛋糕口感好柔滑,每一啖都充滿咖啡同奶香味,個蛋糕唔會好甜,面層灑上可可粉,食到停唔到口。
