To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Amitie Kitchen🌟阿根廷紅蝦刺身配柚子醬油🌟加拿大海膽松葉蟹膏蟹肉忌廉汁意大利麵上網見到有間喺尖沙咀嘅西餐廳幾多好評,有一日早收工冇嘢做就去咗食個early dinner 。餐前麵包方面,餐廳會Offer三種,分別係牛角包、竹炭麵包同埋芝士脆條。我比較鍾意牛角包同竹炭麵包,兩款都熱辣辣配上少少牛油都幾開胃。前菜我叫咗個阿根廷紅蝦刺身,紅蝦好鮮甜,食落去嘅蝦肉口感軟糯,配上少少醬油已經足夠,唔需要過多嘅調味。Main course就叫咗喺OpenRice上面比較多人點嘅意大利麵,蟹肉好大條、海膽雖然唔係超級鮮甜,但係都唔錯,蟹膏味濃郁,每一啖意大利麵都可以掛上滿滿嘅醬汁。
