To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土瓜灣有間抵食又親民嘅韓食餐廳，真係唔可以錯過。我地坐了卡位，都幾闊落。叫咗幾款野食share😙韓式豬手係必試嘅招牌菜。豬手煮得非常軟腍，配埋自家製嘅醬汁，味道濃郁，絕對係啖啖滋味。韓式芝士排骨真係芝士控嘅天堂。排骨煮到肉質嫩滑，配上濃郁嘅芝士，鐵板上溶化嘅芝士，造成拉絲芝士。小食吉列炸蝦紫菜卷配柚子醬，呢款炸蝦紫菜卷外皮炸得金黃酥脆，配上特製嘅柚子醬，酸甜開胃。韓式炒年糕係一道經典嘅街頭小吃，年糕彈牙有嚼勁，配上魚糕，辣醬濃郁香辣。韓式泡菜同涼拌菠菜係必備嘅小菜，泡菜辣中帶酸，開胃醒神；涼拌菠菜清新爽口，兩者都係非常好嘅配菜選擇。飲品方面，樂天蘆薈汁同韓國梨子汁都係清新嘅好選擇。
