端午節一家人到香港仔湊熱鬧看龍舟比賽,上次去完海洋公園坐地鐵過咗鴨脷洲食蟹點,念念不忘,決定今次都再去食。嚟得蟹點當然要食蟹,菜單上有胡椒蟹、咖喱蟹、薑蔥炒蟹等,我們還是心屬避風塘炒蟹,畢竟也算是半個遊客,自然想食最出名的菜式。避風塘炒蟹避風塘炒蟹最大特點在於脆而不油的炸蒜粒,多如細沙鋪滿整個碟子,當中混合乾辣椒,入口帶點辛辣,整體充滿蒜香。用上一斤半的大肉蟹,每件蟹件都是滿滿的肉,而且十分新鮮,口感紮實,味道鮮甜。菠蘿咕嚕肉外層脆皮沒有因醬汁變得軟爛,汁醬酸甜醒胃,豬肉入口鬆化不柴。本地雞蛋蒸花甲皇雞蛋入口軟滑如布丁,雞味十足!花甲皇肉嫩鮮甜,亦是出色。
