好耐之前都有食過聚豐燒鵝小廚,今次又食咗啲新嘅嘢 介紹俾大家冰震脆脆菠蘿咕嚕肉$118第一次食咁有新意嘅菠蘿咕嚕肉,佢最有新意嘅地方係,有好多冰粒冰住d啱啱炸起嘅咕嚕肉,可能因為冷縮熱脹,正常炸完嘅咕嚕肉,如果冇冰嘅話就會好快令到外層炸過嘅肉變淋,而佢哋呢個就可以keep住成舊咕嚕肉都係脆嘅,側邊仲有啲菠蘿同埋哈密瓜肉 好有新意,見每台都有客人叫呢個嚟食,而且肉係肥瘦適中,唔會好肥,食到最後會見到有塊隔住嘅墊,係防止啲冰融左之後,啲肉會掂到水 杏仁霜$17味道唔甜 如果想飲得甜啲可以加糖韭菜花炒蝦仁鮮魷$108韭菜花夠晒青綠色 完全冇臭青味 蝦仁同先有都好夾 勁好送飯 鮮魷同蝦仁唔會腥脆米蛋白炒飯$98超大碟嘅炒飯 好抵食 每一啖飯都有好香嘅蛋白,仲有超有口感嘅脆米👍🏻
