店門口外面唔算好搶眼,可能都唔係咁易搵到,一入到去就見到個裝修都唔錯而且啲位都幾闊落幾舒適。Menu大多數都係一個餐咁叫,我就同我朋友一人嗌咗一個餐試吓啲唔同嘅嘢。餐廳入面一個師傅就會招呼一枱客,大約六至八位客人,今日唔算唔係太多人看因為時間仲算早,所以都唔會等太耐,店員會係你差唔多食完就會開始準備好下一道菜。印象比較深刻既第一樣就係煎銀鱈魚,師傅將佢魚皮同埋魚肉分開黎處理,魚肉外脆內軟之餘再加埋果皮煎到有少少香脆,有少少似薯片咁嘅感覺。之後呢師傅亦開始燒龍蝦,佢拆埋肉再用龍蝦膏整成嘅醬汁襯托起龍蝦肉。龍蝦真係相當新鮮,見到佢喺度郁。龍蝦肉好彈牙,鮮甜得來加埋個醬汁真係一流。呢間餐廳仲可以係你一路食嘅時候你可以一路同師傅溝通交流,佢又會教你點樣食先至可以品嚐到食材嘅鮮味。之後係五道刺身,全部都係好鮮甜亦都係幾好食,食完刺身後就係一個薄切嘅肥牛,師傅燒完後將佢捲起。一啖吞舊和牛落肚,腍之餘仲充滿油香。係我食過仲多間鐵板燒來講,雖然佢嘅價錢會係比平均高但係性價比來講絕對係首屈一指。
