記得上次去過銅鑼灣嘅板神鐵板燒,今次食過返尋味,試吓觀塘分店,今次食嘅係lunch,可能會仲抵?原來佢lunch有一個驚安鐵板燒menu,只需$428就可以食到原隻龍蝦😱,實在太誇張。而且呢個餐已經包埋牛舌芯、前菜、沙律、唔同級數嘅肉($428嘅係薄燒日本豚肉)、湯同甜品等等,已經非常豐富。活龍蝦(原隻)所言非虛,龍蝦燒緊嗰陣仲係識郁。由於龍蝦係每位一隻,所以切完出嚟有相當多嘅肉,加上特製醬汁,真係食極唔厭。出邊啲鐵板燒淨係龍蝦都要呢個價了…牛舌芯每位份量會切成四片,所以份量都唔少。牛舌芯未煮起已經聞到好香,咬落就係最高質嘅牛舌質感同味道了。澳洲和牛 (厚燒set $578)$428餐包嘅係日本薄燒豚肉,升級其他肉可以有其他選擇。我個人推薦呢個澳洲和牛。雖然佢唔係最高級,但入口牛味油香質感全兼備,係全方位嘅滿足感,性價比亦都係最高。A5日本和牛 (厚燒set $678)當然食到A5和牛就冇咩好講,油香爆炸,入口即溶就係基本。師傅會建議煮到medium,其實我自己可以食得更生😆。其實我幾鍾意師傅嘅調味,幾均勻亦唔會唔夠味。和牛漢堡(加配$98)睇住師傅砌呢個和牛漢堡真係享受。師傅會將漢堡包亦都煎香,跟住逐層疊上去,成為一個完整漢堡,和牛嘅漢堡咬落當然會爆汁!櫻花蝦炒飯炒飯有咩好講?師傅煮之前會先問吓再做人士有咩唔食,對我呢啲唔食蔥同洋蔥嘅人講簡直係天堂,我亦都覺得佢會問,其實係好細心,唔使我自己主動講出口。炒飯本身乾身無比無話可說。其他嘢食,包括前菜沙律、甜品、用龍蝦頭煲嘅湯等等,都各有特色。最重要係每道菜都會有一定擺盤,突顯餐廳嘅心思。最後要讚嘅係環境,佢一間房大約只會坐六個人,唔會好迫,大家都好近師傅可以傾偈,呢個格局係好唔錯。最後要留意,呢個驚安set淨係lunch先有。 continue reading
