咁多樣野入面我最中意就係南非鮑魚
味道上好Fresh!口感彈牙爽口
第二最愛就係佢嘅香草牛油鱈魚!之前都食過幾次佢嘅魚,廚師每次都會將魚嘅兩面煎得好香,又同牛油汁好夾,食落有種creamy嘅感覺

其他野都係水準之上👍🏻
食物數量同份量對我黎講已經好足夠,次次食到炒飯都已經飽飽地
想特別講埋個炒飯,飯粒分明好中意👍🏻

就算好飽但甜品仍然係要食的!

三個月前得朋友邀請到呢間店食鐵板燒,入面環境都算大,當日我哋坐响側邊位置,都可以見到廚師整嘢食,我哋位廚師要招呼三枱客人(即8人)非常犀利,我哋選擇龍蝦套餐,整體廚師燒得很好唔會燒燶,還有肉汁很好味!同埋佢有悉心嘅擺盤,我哋都好滿意!

五週年套餐最平套餐$555,有紅蝦,魚,鮑魚同肉,我哋兩個人一個簡左美國牛肉薄燒,一個美國牛肉厚燒🥩可以share一齊食🤭

因為驚唔夠食,就追加左份刺身同火焰北寄貝。估唔到刺身竟然有海膽😋啲刺身都好鮮甜!

而火焰北寄貝好吸引🐚個北寄貝底話加左啲鹽晾高佢,之後淋啲酒點火,打卡一流,北寄貝都好鮮甜!

魚就煎太耐,外面有點焦硬。鵝肝見其中一塊濃哂佢就掉左,都未試過食鐵板燒師傅會整濃嘢。

薄燒牛咁啱去到我最後,唔太夠蒜片,就求求其其包少少。而亦無問客人牛要幾成熟。雖然係薄燒,但未試過一間鐵板燒會無問。
最後炒飯都無咩味。

今次觀塘店冇咗心型炒飯😢,師傅同我哋亦冇太多互動。仲記得尖沙咀嗰間個師傅好可愛,會幫客人set好個靚位影相,又會不厭其煩咁介紹每道菜式🥹。而且觀塘店內籠較細,冇乜私人空間,變相環境都會比較嘈吵🗣️,小編就建議book返其他區喇~

蘆薈沙律🥗,酸甜開胃

2️⃣刺身三款
套餐個個係帶子、鯛魚、赤身,雖然好細塊,但係鮮甜,好新鮮❤️❤️,另外男友鍾意食生蠔,所以upgrade 左一份刺身,男朋友話全部都好食😽😽

3️⃣鮑魚
鮑魚用南非鮑魚,簡單用黑椒、牛油🧈、鹽調味已經好好食🤤,鮑魚彈牙嫩滑,廚師功力好😽

4️⃣大蝦🦐
每隻大蝦都好大隻,大過一隻手,廚師會將蝦頭同蝦身分開處理,再用蝦膏汁炒,先食蝦肉,再食蝦頭,蝦膏完全唔浪費,好鮮美🤤

5️⃣鵝肝漢堡、白鱈魚、蠔

牛肉部分,我地upgrade 左做日本和牛,一份要厚燒,一份要薄燒。薄燒會捲蔥粒同蒜片、厚燒就會切成一粒粒比我地食,兩個都非常好味,牛肉味濃,肉質軟焾,無筋,🥰🥰🥰

7️⃣炒飯
本身諗住會唔會唔好食,但係炒飯加左蛋、蔥、蒜、櫻花蝦等材料後,廚師不斷翻炒,米飯粒粒分明,唔油膩,好食,但係太飽,只係食左一半😂

9️⃣綠茶紅豆奶凍
