To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳相信唔係預製菜，唔係上得快，所有菜品都係熱辣辣，亦係抵食之選。黑松露薯條新鮮啱啱乍起，黑松露味好重，份量足，抵食。龍蝦湯居然有龍蝦肉，有驚喜。而且鹹味適中。鱈魚扒新鮮大份。煙三文魚卡邦尼意粉，份量好足，煙肉同三文魚都好多件，而且蛋香味好濃，性價比高。飲品都好花心思，相貌靚，而且朱古力味濃，朱古力出品不錯。布朗蛋糕配雪糕賣相好亦超好食，蛋糕啱啱焗起，中間暖，配起雪糕冰火交融。整體嚟講，餐廳出品質素高，菜式賣相花心思，價錢平民。Supreme Set做緊買二送一，超抵食。
