To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得好友最近黎我屋企, 佢又中意食韓國菜, 就試下屋企附近間韓國餐廳啦.先點左炸雞, 炸到卜卜脆, 外脆內軟. 雞肉又juicy 多汁.牛肉紫菜卷, 入面有青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲, 牛肉, 食落美味又飽肚.海鮮純豆腐湯, 熱辣辣奉上, 豆腐、蜆肉、金菇都好多, 飲完個身好暖笠笠..海帶湯, 清清地, 好多海帶, 健康又清新. 牛肉炒粉絲，比較腍同乾身，好滑溜，不知不覺食完一條又一條～ OVERALL 好抵食, 食完仲好飽肚, 呢頭韓國餐廳唔錯既選擇.
