To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土瓜灣新開咗間餐廳叫韓正屋，主打韓國料理，喜愛韓國嘅女兒立即叫埋我試吓！人參雞湯選用韓國人蔘及原隻嫩雞炮製而成，名貴滋補而且風味十足，雞肚塞有糯米、栗子和紅棗，雞湯味道濃郁，而且雞肉嫩滑，雞骨亦已經煮到用湯匙便可輕易分離。板燒飯豬肉，熱辣辣的鐵板上有菜有肉，軟嫩的豬肉片味道辣辣地非常惹味，送飯一流！韓式芝士蛋卷：煎得厚厚的雞蛋, 包上濃香芝士。輕輕切開雞蛋, 馬上湧出金黃色的芝士，芝士帶啲咸香，入口不會太膩, 外層加上茄汁和蛋黃醬， 味道惹味香甜。韓式炒粉絲，韓式粉絲是用蕃薯粉製作而成的，吃起來Q彈有韌度，非常有口感！
