To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 與同事初次來東來順一試午市套餐，相當抵食又高質，而且環境寬闊舒適。無辣不歡的我馬上決定要川味麻辣水煮套餐，冷菜有三款選擇，曾經在網上看過有關水晶羊肉的報道，一直很好奇它的味道。外相精瑩通透，內裏有著羊肉絲，味道亦很爽口。主菜是我最愛的麻辣水煮桂花魚，一上桌就麻鄉撲鼻。桂花魚片大又滑，還有辣味的薯粉，十分過癮。然後再品嘗自家製的手擀麵及蔬菜，滿足味蕾。另一位同事不愛吃辣，便選了三色水餃套餐。三款前菜中選擇了清爽彈牙的蔥油海蜇頭，在夏天吃特別適合。隨後有職員在桌前烹調自家製的三色雞肉水餃，外皮以橙色白色綠色，味道分別是原味，番茄及菠菜味，很有特色。内裏的雞肉餡料分量很足，同事吃得津津有味。套餐更有葱爆牛肉，惹味香口。兩個套餐十分豐富，味道亦很高質，這個價錢是相當值得。想品嘗四川及北京風味午餐的朋友，東來順絕對是不二之選。
