To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前經朋友推介知道有呢間日式餐廳,食過第一次之後就好似食上癮咁😋咁岩琴日同豬生去開大棠睇楓葉🍁行完就順便帶佢黎呢間💛 #良心小店


平時呢間成日都好多人排隊,今次2點幾黎食終於唔洗等咁耐😌前排仲裝修完,座位闊落左好多,坐得舒服左,乾淨衛生都改善左好多,整體餐飲體驗都比以前更加好!

拖羅蓉既份量都幾多,顏色偏粉嫩,望落幾新鮮,食落口感柔軟,略帶少少少少🤏🏻魚筋,不過都有種入口即溶既感受😌而飯底係壽司飯底,醋味濃度岩岩好,唔會過濃,仲可以調下味。呢個價位同質素成正比,都幾抵食!

而豬生點左個鍋物定食
小編率先偷飲左一啖湯,味道都幾清甜,不過豬生撈飯食個陣就覺得味道唔夠濃郁,而牛肉肉質都算嫩,不過就太多筋,影響左整體口感,鍋既底部絕大部份都係菜黎🤔仲有半件豆腐,一小注金菇,小編覺得配菜款式可以多啲,感覺冇咁單調

原本都幾期待件鵝肝壽司,一黎到小編忍唔住講左句:呢件係鵝肝?因為都真係幾薄下😂同平時見到既鵝肝好唔一樣,至於味道方面,豬生覺得焦糖太甜,同時搶走左鵝肝既味道,享受唔到鵝肝個陣油脂香
